These proceedings represent the work of contributors to the 25th European Conference on Knowledge Management (ECKM 2024), hosted by University of Pannonia, Veszprém, Hungary on 5-6 September 2024. The Conference Chair Prof. Dr. Nóra Obermayer, and Prof. Dr. Andrea Bencsik, both from University of Pannonia, Faculty of Business and Economics, Veszprém, Hungary.


ECKM is now a well-established event on the academic research calendar and now in its 25th year the key aim remains the opportunity for participants to share ideas and meet the people who hold them. The scope of papers will ensure an interesting two days. The subjects covered illustrate the wide range of topics that fall into this important and ever-growing area of research. 


The opening keynote presentation is given by Stephanie Barnes, Entelechy, Berlin, Germany, on the topic of Radical KM: Helping the Humans in an AI World. The second day of the conference will open with an address by Cindy Hubert, APQC, USA, who will talk about Knowledge Transfer, Exchange and Creation Among Experts with Different Backgrounds.


With an initial submission of 251 abstracts, after the double blind, peer review process there are 117 Academic research papers, 8 PhD research papers, 2 Masters Research papers 2 Non Academic papers and 3 work-in-progress papers published in these Conference Proceedings. These papers represent research from Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, INDIA, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Perú, Poland, Portugal, România, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UK, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, and Vietnam.
