These case histories have been shortlisted as the finalists of the Digital Government Excellence Awards 2017 conducted by Academic Conferences and Publishing International in association with the Military Academy of Lisbon, Portugal.

The authors of these case histories have been invited to present their work at the 17th European Conference on Digital Government held at the Military Academy of Lisbon, Portugal in June 2017.

The best case histories will be awarded a prize at the conference.
